Bulk update? 🤔 Yup, you can update multiple contacts at once. It's easy, it only takes some ticks and clicks. Select multiple contacts, click the drop-down menu and bulk update your contacts by selecting the action of your choice.
Now, let's go tick and click.
- In the Contacts app, the action menu is grayed-out by default, but once you select at least one contact, you'll be able to open the menu.
Let's say you have 100 contacts, you'll see (0/100) meaning 0 out of 100 contacts are selected. Once you select for example 5 contacts you'll see (5/100), meaning 5 out of 100 contacts are selected.
- Now, you can select a main or smart segment to update the contacts that are part of it.
- Tick ✔ the field next to the number of contacts if you want to update all or simply tick the contacts you need one by one.
Tip: Hold 'Shift' to tick a selection of contacts. Meaning, if you have a list of 20 contacts and want to select only the first 10 contacts, click the first contact, press 'Shift' and while holding the 'Shift' button select the 10th contact. This will result in all 10 contacts being ticked automatically.
- After selecting the contacts click the drop-down menu and select the action you need:
Yes, it's that easy! Update your contacts and use them smartly.🤓
