Adding contacts to an already active flow campaign is not a fiction.🦄 This awesome feature is available for you "at the touch of a button".
To do this, first, you must have a New entry block in the active flow campaign. This block is like a door and enables new contacts to enter the campaign.
Now let's add the contacts.
- In the Contacts app, click on the segment you wish to add contacts from.
- Or, select all or only the contacts you need.
- Click the drop-down menu and click 'Add to campaign'. (If you want to add only the selected contact to a campaign, simply scroll at the bottom of the contact card and you'll find the 'Add to campaign' button there).
- A window pops up where you have to select a campaign from the list of active flow campaigns.
Note: Only the active flow campaigns with a New entry block are listed here.
- Select the campaign and click 'Add'.
As simple as that, your contacts are immediately added to the active flow campaign and will start receiving communication.
