Let's start by covering the basic terms. Send your print campaign and click on the Reports button.
When you navigate to the reports page at the top you can see:
- the name of the campaign;
- the date the campaign was sent on;
- the segment the campaign was sent to;
- date range drop-down menu where you can select different date ranges like the first 24 hours of 'sent', all-time, last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 14 days, last 30 days, last 90 days or a custom date range for the last 24 hours.
Note: The reports button will be visible only after sending your email campaign. 💌
Here you can find data about the number of contacts to which the campaign was Not sent or Sent.
The not sent data refers to the number of contacts whose Zip and City fields were changed in between the time the campaign was activated(sent) and the scheduled send out.
Note: All figures are calculated from the number of contacts in the segment with values in the Zip and City fields.
