Use smart segments to list contacts with given SMS consent

You've mastered the smart segments, and now it's time to put them into good use. With only a single click, you can get a list of all contacts who agreed to hear from you by SMS! Inform them of your new promotion or remind them about your upcoming event - all up to you.

• Go to the Contacts app.
• Under Smart Segments, click New segment.
• Name your segment.
• Choose contacts matching all of the following criteria. We choose all because all the criteria are important here to make the correct segment.
• In a group with Contact data (contact values), select your contacts in the first criterion - simply choose the main segment you need.
• Make sure that their mobile contact field is not empty with a second criterion.
• And list all who accepted the SMS consent with a third criterion.
• Save & Close when you are done.

The next time you click this segment, it will instantly provide a list of contacts that have given their mobile consent. This list will come quite handy when sending those SMS campaigns 😊. The same type of smart segment can also be made to provide a list of contacts with email consent.
