If you’re done with a Flow campaign and later you want to find out everyone that was part of it, this is the right thing to do. Just follow the next steps, it is easier than it looks.
- Go to the Contacts app.
- Click on the New segment button. A new window pops up.
- Give your Smart segment a name.
- By default, you have one Contact data group. You can add a new group of Contact data, Campaign events or Custom events.
- Select the Campaign events group.
- Click on the first default drop-down menu to see the Campaign events values. Select the flow field from the app selector and choose Has been in flow.
- From the second drop-down menu, select the preferred flow.
- You can leave the third drop-down menu to Any block, or click on it to Select a flow block and select one from the Flow. Once you select a block, click on the Save button in the top right corner.
- Add or remove any other smart segment condition that you see fit, and click Save & Close when you are done.
- You can select your new segment from the Smart segments list.
Tip: You can remove the Contact data group right after clicking on the New Segment button in order to avoid any confusion with the groups.
All done! Now you have the exact contacts that you wanted by creating this segment. Now sort them out and continue their journey with another campaign!
