There are quite a few of form fields for you to choose from. Mix it up to create a submittable form that will be a great addition to your page. If you came across this article by accident, make sure you first catch up on the Form fields before reading this one.
Main form fields
These are the main fields that customers are able to put values into them:
Text - insert a simple text field with text inputs only.
Name - insert two fields, for a first and last name.
Captcha - insert a Captcha field, with the I'm not a robot tick box. Captcha prevents Internet robots from completing web page forms. This field requires additional setup.
Text area - insert a resizable text area with text inputs only.
Phone number - insert a number field with a list of countries and their prefix numbers as a pre-field.
Email - insert an email field.
Date - insert a date field, when clicked a calendar pops up to select a date.
Number - insert a number-only field, with buttons that can increase/decrease the number.
Rating - insert a clickable rating field, with 5 rating stars by default.
Opinion - insert an opinion field, with default opinions from 1 to 100. The maximum number is 100, and the minimum is 1. You can also start the count from zero by switching the toggle Start From Zero.
Dropdown - insert a drop-down menu with customizable options.
Choice - insert a choice field with tick boxes where you can tick one or multiple text items. Connect it to any field or segments, or create a new campaign field that will be valid only for a specific campaign.

Calculation - read-only and hidden by default, the calculation field allows you to calculate the values from other contact fields that your contacts selected in the form. In the Formula tab, you can use a variety of formulas and numbers.
Consent - insert a consent field to give permission or agree to something.
Date time - insert a datetime field, when clicked a calendar pops up that allows you to select or enter both a specific date and time.
Formatting form fields
Two columns - divide the form into two columns where two different fields can be put.
Three columns - divide the form into three columns where three different fields can be put.
Paragraph - insert a text area that the users can view, but not edit. The text can be in bold, italic, underlined or any of the other style elements. Links and variables can also be added.
Picture - insert a picture that the users can only view. Hover over the picture to change it, crop it or give it alt text.
Not you? - insert this field, when a totally open page has prefilled fields with personal data from another person (or incorrect). This field offers a refresh button that will clear all the page fields. Read the full details about when to use this field.
