Unsubscribe and re-subscribe contacts manually

You have a contact subscribed with email or mobile they no longer use, or a contact has previously unsubscribed and now wants to resubscribe again. Loopify is here for you!🤗 We offer you a way to manually unsubscribe and re-subscribe contacts from your contacts' list.

Unsubscribe contacts manually

• Go to the Contacts app.
• Find the contact you wish to unsubscribe from your list.
• Click on the contact and in the Contact card click on the Consent tab.
• There you can see the Unsubscribe contact button. Click on it and select whether you like to unsubscribe the contact only from Email or SMS or both from Email and SMS.
• Click Unsubscribe contact and your contact will no longer receive Email or/and SMS communication.

Note: You cannot re-subscribe a contact without their consent. Only the subscriber can make a decision to resubscribe again.

Resubscribe contacts manually

• Go to the Contacts app.
• Find the contact that you need to resubscribe.
• Click on the contact and in the Contact card click on the Consent tab.
• There you can see the Re-invite contact button. Click on it.
• A new window will appear where you have to select whether you like to confirm the subscription for future email or SMS communication via an Email or SMS.
• Choose an already existing Sender or you can Add a new sender.
• Confirm that approval has been given to you and send the Email/SMS.
• Your contact will now receive the resubscription Email/SMS and choose whether they like to subscribe only to Email or SMS or Email and SMS.

Note: In a scenario where the contact is subscribed only with one communication, both buttons will be visible. For example, when a contact is subscribed only with Email but unsubscribed from SMS you can choose to Unsubscribe the contact from Email and Re-invite the contact upon his approval to receive SMS communication.
