Seasonal activities you say? Create Flow campaigns for every season and all of the activities that you offer. Send information and reminders but not all at once and too often. Waiting for the right moment to send a reminder is crucial.
#1 Select the contacts
- Use a Contacts block to select the segment which includes all of the contacts who would be interested in your seasonal activities.
#2 Timing is everything
- Use the Wait block to select the exact date and time when you would want your customers to receive the first seasonal email.
#3 Send an informational email about the current seasonal activity
- This is the first email you send. Tailor it however you want, include variables and make sure you add a link that will lead to your website's deals for this season.
#4 Wait before sending any reminders
- Use the Wait block as many times as you need to select how much time should pass before sending any more email and/or SMS reminders.
