Company information & licenses
All of your company information. Here you register your company details for billing and select your time zone. Keep track of and manage your licenses. Here's what this info includes:
- Company name
- Country
- Time zone
- Time format - use the toggle to choose between a or
- Account owner
- Payment method - here you can update your card or update billing details like VAT number.
- Details about the termination of the account (seen only by the owner) - If you want to terminate your account you can do that by clicking on the email support@loopify.com. If you are sure you want to do this, a link should open your email client with a pre-filled subject and body. Or if you have a free account, the same text is replaced by a link guiding you through the termination process.
Note: Account details can only be changed by the account owner. When you add a country, its country code will be automatically added if the mobile numbers are imported without a country code. The time zone affects your time and date when you send out your SMS and email campaigns.
Invoices
Invoices will be paid by credit card. You can find all the details for your invoices.

All invoices will appear on your credit card with the following reference: Loopify license.
Pre-paid credits
Add credits to your account and calculate the amount of SMS, letters, and postcards you can send. All from one place.
The user role is not able to access the Settings app.
