In Loopify, you can be extra-secure with your account by creating a passkey.
Under your user settings, you'll see Passkeys. Passkeys are web authnentication credentials that validate your identity using touch, facial recognition, a device password, or a PIN.
Some passkeys are device-bound, so it is a best practice to register passkeys on at least two different devices, in case you lose access to one.
Toggle on the Enable passkeys to start. First, you'll see a nickname field for your passkey (just to have a better overview). Then, your browser will ask you where to save the passkey (like Windows Hello or external security key, your phone, or a different device).
Successfully setting up a passkey will log you out, and you'd need to relog with your passkey.
If done successfully, you can then see all your passkeys under the user settings. You can add multiple passkeys or delete individual (requires a verification). Deleting the last passkey will disable the passkeys.
You can also disable using passkeys by simply toggling them off.
That's it! Congratulations, you are now extra-secure.
