How to reset your password?

If you forgot your Loopify password, don't worry! In this article, you'll learn how to reset your password.

• When you cannot sign in to your account, click the forgot password link at the bottom of the window.
  
• Write the email where we should send you the resend link, and click Send reset link.
• You'll get an email then with a link from where you can create a new password. 
  • Remember that this link will be valid only 24h, for security reasons. If 24h have passed, then click again forgot password so we can send you another email. 

Tip: Remember that when you sign in to Loopify, by default, your User name is the Email you signed in with by default (You can check that in the My Settings article). However, if you change the user name to something else, you can currently log-in to your Loopify account ONLY with your User name. When you receive the email to reset your password the link will lead you to a window from where you can reset the password, but you'll also notice that we say "Welcome to Loopify [User name]." Make sure you always sign in with that user name. I mention this because you'll also need to be sure of your correct User name in order to sign in.
