Can I attach a PDF file in Loopify?

Currently, Loopify supports the following file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP and WEBP. Files such as PDF can't be added as attachments to your email or as an image in your module. However, a PDF file can be hosted online and then you can simply link to it.

The reason why we avoid these kind of attachments is that they are often used as a way to hide malware and are more likely to end up in the spam folder, which can seriously affect your deliverability. Moreover, these attachments take time to download. So, hosting PDF files is a better option for you because your contacts can easily access and read the hosted document and your emails will be safe from undeliverability.😉

To link to a PDF file, you can host the file to a free cloud storage service such as:

• Google Drive or
• Dropbox.

 Once you have the shareable link, just paste it in a text/image/button and you're all set!
