With the help of our smart segments, you can quickly find contacts from your event or simply group them the way you see fit. You will be able to create segments based on a session or booking status.
Let's see how it's done. 👀
- Go to the Contacts app.
- Click on the Smart Segments button.
- Inside the smart segments section, a new button will appear → Event Booking Data +
- From here you can select your event, a specific session, and the guest status.
You can create a segment that can list guests with a booking, waiting, canceled or any status and you can further engage them!
Now, let's learn how to create these types of segments through an example.
Say you created a Webinar event. Inside the event, you have two sessions one for a Webinar on March 12 and the other on March 28.
If you want to create a segment where it will list all contacts that booked the event on March 28 set up the segment like so: Your Event → booked → choose a session (in our example the session scheduled on March 28)
However, you can also set the condition to list contacts that have any status (booked, canceled, no-attend, etc.) from a specific event or list contacts that booked any session in past days from the specific event.
You can also combine the event booking segment with contact data and make the segment more specific, the possibilities are endless.
Awesome!😎 Now that you know how to list the contacts from your event, go ahead and give it a try!
