Be one of a kind. Use your brand images, colors, and fonts to show off your business style.
- Go to the Loopify dashboard and click the Settings icon.
- Find and click on Brand styles.
- Here you choose which brand style you want to add.

- Fonts
Brand logo
Add your company logo and use it across all apps or choose different logos for different campaigns.
- Drag & drop your file or click Upload here.
- Uploaded logos are displayed in the Available logos field. Hover over any uploaded logos to delete them.
Tip: Recommended format: PNG, Supported formats: PNG, GIF, JPG
Avatar
Right next to the brand logo tab you have the Avatar tab from where you can:
- Drag & drop your file or click Upload here.
- Uploaded avatars are displayed in the Available avatar field.
Now you can see how your avatar looks if you go to the Loopify dashboard header and click on the account name.
Tip: Recommended size is maximum 30MB.
Note: The account avatar can be added only by the Account Owner.
Brand colors
Add your favorite colors to a shortlist and access them easily.
- Click the +Add a new color button.
- Pick your color or copy/paste its code.
- Click Add to make it available for use.
- Hover over any previously added color to delete it.
Brand fonts
Manage your default fonts here. We use the rich Google Fonts library.
- See a list of your current fonts, as well as the Add new font button:
- Click Add new font. You can add:
- A web font
- A custom font
Web fonts
- Search fonts by typing its name, but also search it by category, scripts or styles.
- The fonts will be searched from the list of Google fonts and Websafe fonts.
- Find the font you want to use and click the + button to add it to your fonts.
- If an added font has additional settings, a settings button will appear right next to the delete button.
- Here, you choose a Fallback font or tick/untick the Included variants and the Included scripts boxes.
- Click Update when you are done.
Custom fonts
- Type in the Font family.
- Choose a Fallback font.
- Copy/paste the CSS file link. This is a link to a CSS file that contains @font-face rules for the font family, for all desired font weights. Make sure it's a https link!
- Click Add.
- If an added font has additional settings, a settings button will appear right next to the delete button.
Note: The Font family must be identical to the font-face definition in the CSS file.

And you're done! Your company's styles are all set. Don't let them just sit there idly, use them. If you're brand new to the Loopify team, the next step for you'll be to Create your first contact.
