While we in Loopify are doing all the necessary measures to avoid the SMS from not being sent, there are still a few rare situations when this can happen.
- Your contact was added with an invalid number.
- Your contact has previously hard-bounced so the mobile number is suppressed.
- Your contact has previously unsubscribed.
Tip: Before sending, always check your credit balance. This is another reason why some of your contacts didn't receive the SMS. However, this can be avoided if you always have the auto-renew option ON.
