Your Looopify account comes with a stack of reports. By understanding these reports you can easily visualize what you aim for and stay on the right track.
Before we dive into all that data and percentages, it's useful to know the basic stuff about the reports, what they offer and how they work. You probably have a lot of questions but let's go step by step.
Email campaign reports
When your email campaign has been sent you can access the email reports and track the success of your campaign. There you can see how many of your emails have been sent and not sent or how many of your emails have been delivered or not delivered. Tracking is also possible for bounces, clicks, opens and unsubscribes. Also, you can monitor the unique and total data for your selected date range as well as the top clicked links.
SMS campaign reports
Send your SMS and in your SMS reports, you can see how many of your messages have been sent and not sent or how many of your messages have been delivered. If you have short links in your SMS, you can also track your clicks and monitor the unique and total data for the selected date range as well as the top clicked links in case you have more than one link in your SMS. Another useful thing these reports offer is the option to see how many of your contacts have or have not unsubscribed.
Page campaign reports
Make your beautiful pages and see how they are performing in the page campaign reports after they are used in a flow. Here you can track the unique and total visits or the unique and total submits if you have a form available in the page campaign. Also, you can monitor the unique and total data for the selected date range.
Tip: The human () button in the reports can help you manage your contacts. You can add or remove tags, add or remove certain contacts from a segment and export them.
