What does suppressed Email mean?

You have probably noticed the Suppressed Email event in the Not Sent details widget in your reports and are now wondering what does suppressed mean.🤔

Well, the email addresses on this list are actually previously hard bounced addresses that are suppressed in your account to stop 🛑 you from sending to them. So, if a contact hard bounces they will no longer receive accidental emails from Loopify. Also, in the contact card, the suppressed or opted-out contacts will have an '❌' sign. 

This is actually really helpful for your sending address and server because this way they are protected from being blocked for spamming.
