The Alerts app

Simple as it sounds! Send message alerts directly from your Flow campaign to unlimited users that you get to choose! Make sure all the right people are notified about that sweet success of your campaign!

Note: Being a Loopify app, the Alerts has its own set of app-users that are distinguished from the account admins/users. This means that users that use only the Alerts app will not affect the number of account users based on your license. In other words, app users do not affect the account user limit.

If you want to use Alerts app from the Loopify Dashboard choose App Store →  Available apps  → Pick Alerts and click Connect app.

A user that uses the Alerts app only would simply see the Alerts app in their dashboard. They don't have to do anything else. To invite someone to the Alerts app, go to:

• Go to the Loopify Dashboard.
• From the Settings app, choose Users. 
• From the drop-down menu click Users with access to the Alerts app.
• Click Invite a new user + 
• Write the user's email address to invite them and add an optional message for the user.
• Once you are done click Send Invitation. 

This user will then have access only to the Alerts app! 

Once someone has accepted to be part of the Alerts app, you can now select that person in the Send Alert and Send Report blocks. Simply, go to your Flow campaign, find these blocks and select the newly-added Alert receivers. Then, when Loopify contacts start reaching these blocks - the Alert person will be notified.
