Email communication plays an essential part in our mutual interaction. Thus, to begin your journey in Loopify, you must receive verification and invitation emails. But sometimes, those emails fall through the cracks and don't make it to your inbox. Don't worry 😉. We are happy to offer you a helpful guideline to keep those emails in their place - the Inbox. Therefore, if you have trouble receiving your confirmation or invitation email, please try the following:
Check your email address
Make sure you've registered with a valid email address and that there isn't a typo in it. If you think you have given us a wrong email address, provide the correct one.
Check your Spam folder
Sometimes, spam filters can prevent emails from reaching your inbox. Even though we are doing everything in our power to make sure that Loopify messages are not considered spam, some spam filters are customizable and may still mark them as such. So, please be kind and check your junk and spam folders. If you do find your email flagged as "junk" or "spam" label it as "Not junk" or "Not spam" and it will transfer safely to your Inbox 💌.
Whitelist our domain
To further avoid Loopify emails going to the spam folder add our domain (email@example.com) to the spam whitelist. For more information check our article on how to whitelist senders.
