In Loopify, all admins and users on the account are automatically added as print receivers. But if you have chosen to let someone else who is not part of the account print your documents, you need to add a new PDF receiver. By the way, we're perfectly fine with this. Yup, we're that cool 😇.
- Go to the Send tab.
- Click on the PDF receiver field. Then, click Add new PDF receiver.
A new window pops up with all Print receivers on the account.
- Click Add a new print receiver and fill in the required fields.
- Write the Name.
- Select a send method:
- Write a valid email address.
- When finished, just click Add.
Tip: You can also access this from the Loopify dashboard → Settings → Print settings.
You can also delete or update previously added PDF receivers. The newly added receiver will show up on the list of Print receivers. Go on, send the campaign!
